4. Cancellations by the Ordering Party

and Cancellations by medicteach

4.1 Cancellation requests must be made either in text form (to [email protected])

or in writing (to medicteach GmbH, Offenbacher Straße 91, 63165 Mühlheim am Main).

4.2 If the cancellation request is received 31 days or more before the training, the

cancellation will be free of charge.

4.3 If the cancellation request is received no later than 30 days or no later than 14 days

before the start of the training, a share of 70% of the agreed remuneration shall be

paid by the customer.

4.4 If the cancellation request is received up to 13 days before the training or on the day

of the training, 100% of the remuneration shall be paid by the Customer.

4.5 Necessary and contractually agreed expenses of medicteach, insofar as they

have been incurred up to the receipt of the cancellation request or are no longer

avoidable, shall always be reimbursed in full.

4.6 medicteach is entitled to cancel training courses up to two weeks prior to the start of

the training without giving reasons. If the number of participants is too low, a

cancellation may be made up to one week before the start of the training. Cancellations

at short notice are possible in accordance with Section 5.6.

4.7 Any training fees already paid will be refunded in the event of cancellation of courses by medicteach.

4. Stornierungen durch den Besteller und Absagen durch medicteach

4.1 Stornierungsanfragen haben entweder in Textform (an [email protected])

oder in Schriftform (an die medicteach GmbH, Offenbacher Straße 91, 63165

Mühlheim am Main) zu erfolgen.

4.2 Geht die Stornierungsanfrage 31 Tage oder länger vor der Schulung ein, so erfolgt

die Stornierung kostenfrei.

4.3 Geht die Stornierungsanfrage längstens 30 oder spätestens 14 Tage vor

Schulungsbeginn ein, ist ein Anteil von 70% der vereinbarten Vergütung durch den

Besteller zu entrichten.

4.4 Geht die Stornierungsanfrage bis zu 13 Tage vor der Schulung oder am

Schulungstage ein, ist die Vergütung durch den Besteller zu 100% entrichten.

4.5 Notwendige und vertraglich vereinbarte Auslagen von medicteach, sind, soweit sie

bis zum Eingang der Stornierungsanfrage angefallen oder nicht mehr vermeidbar

sind, stets vollständig zu erstatten.

4.6 medicteach ist berechtigt, Schulungen bis zu zwei Wochen vor Schulungsbeginn

ohne Angabe von Gründen absagen. Bei zu geringer Teilnehmerzahl kann eine

Absage bis eine Woche vor Schulungsbeginn erfolgen. Kurzfristige Absagen sind

nach Maßgabe von Ziff. 5.6 möglich.

4.7 Etwaig bereits gezahlte Schulungsentgelte werden bei Absage von Kursen durch

medicteach erstattet.
